About NCOURAGE LLC

NCOURAGE owner, Nate Copeland, is an inclusive executive experienced in organizational leadership, strategy development, leadership development, employee engagement, championing of diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational culture development, leadership of high performing teams, operations management, P&L leadership, customer relationship development, business winning practices, and providing world class services for Federal customers..
His nearly four decades of experience is an interesting blend of GovCon and people/culture development. In every team/group/company that he’s been honored to lead or be part of, Nate has invested in creating cultures of belonging, enjoying and nurturing the resulting diversity, and developing those who lead in that culture. He is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP), received a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, a certificate in Employing Abilities at Work from SHRM, and is also a Certified Culture Facilitator, earned  with Veritas Culture.

I have personally and professionally known Nate Copeland for over 15 years. In our time working together, he demonstrated the ability to be a hands-on leader, able to interact and communicate with people at all levels. My company recently wanted to provide an “Inclusive Workplace” seminar for our leadership team. This team includes Team Leads who work onsite with our staff and customers up to our Executive Staff including CEO. Nate has a unique ability to communicate with all levels and people from all backgrounds. His presentation was interactive and engaged the team to openly discuss various topics that would often not be broached.
